To purchase an item, simply click on the shopping cart icon found below the item you wish to buy. You may select as many items as you wish and they will be added to the shopping cart. Review the contents of your cart and add or delete anything before the final check out.
Pay Pal is accepted as the only payment method. This may change in the future, but it is probably the most widely used and secure payment method. It keeps your financial information in your hands, and it enables me to receive secure payments as well.
Please make arrangements for payments other than by Pay Pal (e.g., cashier checks or money orders only) by contacting ReWindTime0@gmail.com. Checks/money orders must clear prior to shipping, which will delay the receipt of your item(s) by several days.
Items priced under $100 are not eligible for return. If they are damaged in shipping, the buyer must file an insurance claim to reclaim their costs. Items priced over $100 may be returned only if there has been prior authorization given by ReWindTime and the item is received in the exact condition and packaging in which it was mailed to you—— by the US Postal Service First Class Mail and insured. Refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit ONLY. Your money will not be refunded to you, except as a store credit for the purchase of other goods offered by ReWindTime. Therefore, please think carefully prior to purchasing items, to avoid costly shipping charges and delays in the receipt of goods. Items in ReWindTime are not offered “for approval,” thus making “buyer’s remorse/regret or changed mind,” unacceptable reasons for return(s).
Vintage (used) items are listed in detail, accompanied by numerous pictures illustrating the condition of the item. It is the buyer’s responsibility to read the descriptions and examine the pictures to determine the condition of the item and purchase it with the understanding that vintage items are rarely perfect, without flaws, and often show signs of wear. Items that are 30, 60, or 80 years old, show signs of wear — as do we. If, upon receipt of a returned item, ReWindTime finds that it has been damaged, polished, cleaned, fitted with replacement stones, or altered in any way from the original, we will neither refund your money, nor issue a store credit.
All jewelry is wrapped in tissue then placed in an organza bag. Earrings are separated from each other, as are multiple items. Everything is placed in bubble wrap and secured inside the box to minimize movement. Upon receipt of your purchase, your item(s) should be in the same condition as when they left the store. However, vintage jewelry is old, so be aware that glue may dry out, causing stones to loosen or fall out and handling by the post office may contribute to these conditions. This is not an acceptable reason for return. We suggest that you carefully reattach the fragile stones with high quality, fastbonding material (clear), or consult a professional jewelry maker to complete the repairs. We make every attempt to ensure that the jewelry we ship is carefully wrapped to prevent any damage from our shop to your home.
